GigaDevice announces expanded density range of its GD25UF series 1.2V ultra-low power SPI NOR Flash, now from 8Mb to 256Mb. Covering applications from high-performance AI computing to low-power battery-operated devices, it enables longer battery life and miniaturization for wearables, hearables, AI ASICs, medical devices and edge AI applications.
